My cat, Nutmeg (2)
Okay, well first; I was born in Amarillo up in the great, flat plains of Texas on November 23, 1987. I'm a panhandle gal! I lived there for 4 years, then after that, my family moved to Lubbock (not too far away). Those 7 years of Lubbock made it seem as though it is my home...so I have an attachment to Texas Tech (plus, both of my parents grad'd from there).
My mom and I moved here to San Antonio because she got a job with Bible Study Fellowship and they needed her immediatly. My brother was too much of a wimp to move within 2 weeks of knowing my mom was even going to get the job! Haha, so...my dad had to finish his job there in Lubbock and the two of them stayed there an extra 10 months before they moved here with us. Basically, that's it about my moving life...God's been so good to my family!
More interesting info
I guess I'll start off with things I enjoy doing.
I would have to say the most important thing in my life I do is live for the only One that truly deserves any kind of worship...I'll bet you know...the big JC!! God has honestly done wonders in my life and I don't do nearly enough to show Him or others how much He means to me...but that's the beauty of it all. There is nothing I can do to earn His love and free gift of eternal life for me, I just have to accept it, just the way I am. How painful is that!? I only wish everyone else understood. Feel free to ask me about it, holding back could cost your life.
I absolutely LOVE to sing! It's one of my favorite things to do whenever I'm not doing anything else, or when I am doing other stuff! I'm in the Clark choir, and my church choir.
I like playing tennis, too. I played for two years at Hobby, and I'll start my second year at Clark this year. I'm not the best at it...but it is still so fun! Me and Sara West are doubles partners most times we play doubles, and we DOMINATE! Haha
I also enjoy French...once again, I'm not very good at it, but I still do it! Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to be fluent in it..if I stick with it
Oh yeah, I guess Cross Country is cool too...I don't really like it very much because it's just plain running...and running for literally MILES, but I tend to do well in the competitions so I do that. And, it keeps me in shape which keeps me happy!
Here are some of my favorites:
color: YELLOW!!!
icecream: vanilla bean
cake: carrot cake
song: that changes daily...but right now its a song by Kristy Starling called As Long As We're Here
day of the year: uh november 23! (how concieded hahaha)br>
subject in school: french or english (NOT bc of Mrs. Hoag!)
college: either Tech or ATM...basically anywhere other than UT!
That's about it!
